TV Series: to improve your English

Many of you are telling me that you have some problems to understand properly the listenings. A good way to improve it and to learn more vocabulary is to watch TV in English or even listen to songs (and try to translate them by yourselves).

A television series that is intended to comprise a limited number of episodes is usually called a miniseries or serial. Series without a fixed length are usually divided into seasons or series, yearly or biannual installments of new episodes. (Source: Wikipedia)
Here you have an example: Misfits  (a British science fiction drama television series about a group of young offenders forced to work in a community service programme, where they obtain supernatural powers after a strange electrical storm).

You can watch  a video here.

Do you understand anything? Is it difficult or easy to you?
By the way, which is your favourite Tv programme? Why?

  2. How many times have you watched it? Try three even more. By the way, Sandra: did you like the videos we watched last Wednesday? If you want I can give you the addresses to listen them again. Just tell me.
Other thing: when you write, please REVISE before pushing to enter. There are several mistakes and errors that could be avoided. Thanks for your comments!!
