One moment: MEDITATION

Just try!! It is always helpful, but nowadays even more!! (exams, stress, etc.)   
Watch the video and then tell me about your experiences. 
Have you ever done it? Are you stressed? or calm? Do you believe in meditation?

  1. It is really helpful!! I've tried with my children playing and shouting, with the TV on... and it's fantastic!! It WORKS!! Before starting your homework or studies... If you are nervous, or you need an idea...
    When I've tried it, I have felt open minded!! And you?

  4. I will need this week!! Because this week is horrible. I've got more exams than days! And tomorrow englishhhhhhh, but i trust in pass this exam, although refraising :S
