We are about to start a new unit where we are going to talk about travelling.
According to this topic I can't help thinking about Coldplay and their wonderful song Paradise.
So I invite you to watch this video and answer to these questions:
- Have you ever watched it? Do you like it?
- How many different means of transport (American English: transportation) can you find here?
- What's the meaning of the video? And the meaning of the song?
- Would you like to go on a journey like this?
Come on, guys! It's time to relax, dance, sing and... why not? practise English!!

Hello Encarni, how are you?

ReplyDeleteI've never seen a blog because I do not ever called attention. I think it's OK because you can communicate with other lod. bye bye
Hello Encarni!
ReplyDeleteIn fact, I don′t like this video so much. I think that its meaning is the freedom and to see his group, and during this way, getting money to get to see his group. About the lyric I can′t say so much, because I′m not well at English. A travel like this may would be great for our class! :) Have fun,see you soon !
Ok! You've decided at last! Well done!
ReplyDeleteFran, we use 'means of transport' better. It's OK, the 'elephant' uses a lot of them. He's travelling alone, but at the end he meets his friends.
Maria, I am glad about your comment. I am sure this blog will help you to communicate in English. So I encourage you to continue...
Well done, Sandra! Your idea about the trip is OK. Just let me know if you plan a trip like this!
ReplyDeleteThis video to promete the freedom of the elephan and more animals.Because we polish to animals into cage and don't live in freedom as we .
ReplyDeleteReally nice interpretation, Álvaro! In fact, human being don't really care about that... We usually think animals are "ours" and you know this is not true!! They are free as we are!!
